Carter Page holds a Master of Arts degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown. In 2000 he began work as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch’s London office and became a vice president at its Moscow office. After leaving Merrill Lynch in 2008, Page founded his own investment fund, Global Energy Capital.
