David Trainer is the founder and CEO of New Constructs, an investment firm that assesses the impact of accounting rule changes and corporate actions on stocks to create fundamental research. He specializes in reversing accounting distortions on the underlying economics of business performance and stock valuation. David also worked on Wall Street for more than six years at firms such as Credit Suisse, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Epoch Partners, which was later acquired by Goldman Sachs.
David attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he received his bachelor's degree in international business.
