Jonathan Shaffner joined MBO Partners in 2023 as the director of federal business development. Previously, he was a colonel in the U.S. Army, where he served for 25 years. He was deployed six times for more than five years to Iraq and Afghanistan. His efforts in the military had national and global implications.
He received his Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He also received a master's degree in military arts and sciences from the U.S. Army's School of Advanced Military Studies, as well as a master's of military strategy from the U.S. Marine Corps War College. Further, he received his bachelor's degree in engineering management from the U.S. Military Academy.
